EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
- Our exchange, return & refund policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned.
- No exchange is available for lawn & gardening products, gift cards, Aarong Earth, nose pins, gold-plated/pearl/fashion jewellery, undergarments, masks, and unstitched fabrics.
- No cash transaction is used for refunds under any circumstances.
- Any bank service or transaction charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE
We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out as you had hoped. For that reason, we have created an exchange policy that is helpful.
Online orders delivered within Bangladesh:
- Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt/invoice (print or electronic).
- Exchanges can be made at any Aarong outlet, or products can be sent by courier to Aarong E-commerce, 430–31/B, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka–1208.
- For any fragile items, customers are requested to complete the exchange at Aarong outlets.
Online orders delivered outside Bangladesh:
- Orders can only be exchanged if it is returned to any of our outlets in Bangladesh within 3 months of the purchase date with the original receipt/invoice (print or electronic).
- Exchanges must be physically hand carried back to Bangladesh either through authorised personnel, family member, or during your next visit.
- Customers are advised to contact Aarong Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to initiating an exchange.Customer Service.
General Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Upon inspection, Aarong will issue a credit note for future purchases or allow an exchange for a product (subject to availability) of equal or higher value (any price difference to be paid by the customer).
- Items without tags or invoices, or in damaged/used condition, may be refused.
- Any exchange reported after the stipulated period will not be accepted.
- Customers are eligible to exchange a product only once; multiple exchanges for the same product will not be permitted.
- Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.

RETURN
We make every effort to ensure that the product(s) you order online meet your expectations. Occasionally, orders may arrive in a way that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.
Returns are accepted only in cases of major quality defects, damage during shipment, wrong or missing product, incorrect size or colour, or in the event of delivery failure.
Online orders delivered within Bangladesh:
- Customers must contact Aarong Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in processing and collecting your return.Customer Service.
- Products can be returned by courier to Aarong E-commerce, 430–31/B, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka–1208.
- All returns must be handed over to Aarong within 30 calendar days of purchase, with the original receipt/invoice (print or electronic).
- Please ensure that all original tags are attached with the product and repack your product(s) securely in the original package.
- For approved returns, Aarong will either re-ship the correct product (subject to availability) or issue a credit note or refund for future purchases.
- Credit note and refund for any valid returns will include the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
- Alternatively, you may visit any of our outlets with the original receipt/invoice (print or electronic) and change the product.
- Any return reported after the stipulated period will not be accepted.
Online orders delivered outside Bangladesh:
- Customers must contact Aarong Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product.Customer Service.
- Customers are recommended to provide valid proof of evidence of their return requests.
- Upon verification, Aarong will issue a credit note or refund for the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges for future purchases.
- Any return reported after the stipulated period will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We want your online shopping experience to be seamless. While cancellations are available for orders within Bangladesh, international orders cannot be cancelled, so please review your order carefully before confirming.
Online order cancellations within Bangladesh
- Customers who place an online order through our Bangladesh webstore are requested to inform Aarong Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.Customer Service.
- Customers cannot cancel an order through the system on their own.
- For pre-paid orders, Aarong will issue a credit note.
Online order cancellations outside Bangladesh
- Orders placed through Aarong’s international webstores cannot be cancelled.
- Customers are recommended to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Online order cancellations by Aarong
- Aarong reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order within 7 working days of the order being placed.
- For pre-paid orders, Aarong will issue a credit note or refund for the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
REFUND
We aim to ensure a smooth and fair resolution whenever a refund is required. Refunds are processed in line with our return, exchange, and cancellation policies.
- Refunds or credit notes are applicable for returned orders or orders cancelled by Aarong for which payment has been made.
- Credit notes are applicable for orders cancelled or exchanged by customers for which payment has been made.
- Our standard refund or credit note processing timeline is 30 to 60 working days.
