What qualifies for an exchange
Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.
What does not qualify for an exchange
We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make an exchange policy that is helpful for you.

- All nose pins, gold-plated jewellery, pearl jewellery, fashion jewellery
- Lawn & Gardening products
- Underwear
- Masks and fabric pieces
Exchange for orders shipped within Bangladesh
If you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought, simply bring it back within 30 days of the purchase date to any of our outlets with your receipt or invoice for online orders and we will gladly exchange the product. Please note that the value of the exchanged product should be of similar or higher value than the original product price. If exchanging for a higher value item, the purchase value difference must be paid.
Return for purchases delivered within Bangladesh
We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
- Products with major quality defects
- Products damaged during shipment
- Wrong product, size or colour
- Product lost in shipment
- You are requested to inform Customer Service for such issues within 7 days of receiving the product. PleaseCustomer Service
- The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all the returns. We will not be able to accept return product(s) without the original invoice slip. Please ensure that all original tags are attached with the product. You will be able to return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving the product through courier service to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

- Alternatively, you may visit any of our Outlets with the invoice and change the product from theOutlet.
Return & Exchange for orders shipped outside of Bangladesh
You are requested to inform Customer Service for any issues within 7 days of receiving the product. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return or exchange.
Refunds for Online Purchases (expandable section which will be hidden)
In case of orders cancelled by Aarong, you will be issued a credit note or refund for any prepaid purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s), applicable taxes and shipping cost. The credit note/refund will be processed for such cases within 30 to 60 working days from the order cancellation date.
- In case of prepaid orders which could not be delivered to you by our courier partner(s) for any valid reason(s), Aarong will issue a credit note or refund. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. The credit note or refund will be processed for such cases within 30 to 60 working days from the date of receiving the returned item(s) from our courier partner(s).
- Please note that Aarong will not be responsible for any bank charges paid by the customer for the online transaction and this bank charge will not be credited to the customer’s account.
Lawn & Gardening Exchange and Return Policy (expandable section which will be hidden)
No Exchange and Return Policy will be applicable for any Lawn & Gardening items. Customer may check the product upon delivery.
Timeline for returning items bought online (expandable section which will be hidden)
For purchases delivered within Bangladesh:
Please repack your product(s) securely in the original package and include the original invoice slip with the package. All return must be processed within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
For purchases delivered to countries other than Bangladesh:
For any return issue, you are requested to contact the Customer Service of e-commerce department within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we will guide you on the return process.
Jewellery Exchange and Return Policy (expandable section which will be hidden)
Aarong guarantees all its gold jewellery to be 21 karat gold and provides hallmark on all gold products. Please note that any kind of discount is not applicable on gold and diamond jewellery.
For exchange/return of Gold & Silver items purchased from our e-commerce site, customer is requested to visit any Aarong outlet.
In case of any defect, Aarong will either repair or replace the jewellery but shall not be responsible for the following:
If the defect relates to accidental damage, neglect or inappropriate handling
- If the jewellery has been repaired or modified at any place other than Aarong
Gold items once sold can be exchanged/upgraded within 3 days without any deductions and only once:
Aarong’s original invoice and guarantee card must be provided during any transaction or exchange.
In case of exchange or return Aarong gold jewellery, the following deductions will be made:
25% deduction of product price (excluding VAT) for returned products.
- 12% deduction of product price (including VAT) for exchange or credit note after 3 days of receiving.
- VAT will not be refunded to customers as it is already deposited to the tax authority.
- Aarong will pay back the refundable amount in cash within 7 days for any returned jewellery.
- Exchange and refund policy will not be applicable for gold nose pins.
Silver:
For exchange of Aarong silver jewellery, the following conditions will be applicable:
- 10% deduction of product price (including VAT).
- Products once sold can be exchanged within seven days from the date of receiving.
- Products with missing parts will not be exchanged.
- Exchange will not be applicable for silver nose pins.
- Refund will not be applicable for silver Jewellery.
Gold-plated:
Gold-plated jewellery once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Pearl:
Pearl jewellery once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Fashion:
Fashion jewellery once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
